Every dollar moves a real milestone forward.

We've kept Rise to Wellness lean for three and a half years. Now we're moving from curriculum development into pilot delivery, and from a U.S.-designed curriculum into one that works across cultures, starting with Pakistan. Here's exactly how your gift gets us there.

Choose an impact level

Every gift moves the work forward.

Rise to Wellness is building a curriculum for every child in the world. Boston is where we build momentum and gather early support. Pakistan is where we prove the model, validating the curriculum in a different cultural context to create a playbook we can replicate anywhere. After that, every country where children need these skills. Your gift today supports the curriculum development and organizational backbone that make this possible. Major pilot programs and translation work will be funded through a separate crowdfunding campaign launching in the coming months.

$10
Friend of the mission
A first step.

Small gifts from many people are how a young nonprofit stays credible, consistent, and moving forward. Whatever you can give matters, and $10 is a perfectly respectable place to start.

Supporter
Measure what works, for every child.

Your gift covers the honoraria and materials to assess one child going through our curriculum. Every child we measure tells us whether the curriculum is working, and those results become the evidence base that convinces schools everywhere to adopt it.

$500
Champion
Stand with a small organization doing big work.

Gifts at this level are a meaningful show of support for a young nonprofit. They tell us that serious people believe in what we're building, and they give us the stability to keep investing in the curriculum, the research partnerships, and the upcoming pilot programs that are the next chapter of this work.

Partner
Become a material supporter.

A gift at this level represents a real partnership with Rise to Wellness. It signals the kind of backing that lets a small organization plan ahead, take on harder problems, and move past the fragile early years into sustained impact. If you're giving at this level, we'd love to know you.

Help us reach every child.

Peace, happiness, and joy shouldn't depend on which country a child is born in. A founding-partner gift accelerates the curriculum past its first language and its first country, toward the global deployment we're building for.

Choose your own amount.

All donations are processed securely through Zeffy. Zeffy is a 100% free fundraising platform, which means every dollar you give reaches Rise to Wellness. No platform fees, no payment processor fees taken out of your gift.

Make a donation

Choose any amount, one-time or monthly. Tax-deductible receipt emailed automatically. Takes about 60 seconds.

Consider making it monthly. Recurring gifts are the single most valuable thing a young nonprofit can have. They give us the planning stability that one-time gifts can't, so we can commit to the next module, the next partner, the next hire. Even $20 a month changes what we can commit to. Select "monthly" inside the Zeffy form.

Other ways to give

Six paths beyond a credit-card gift.

If a one-time card payment isn't the right vehicle for you, here are the other ways supporters help fund the work.

M

Monthly giving

Recurring donations are the single most valuable thing a young nonprofit can have. They let us plan. Choose "monthly" inside the Zeffy form. Even $20/month transforms our budget predictability.

H

Honor or memorial gifts

Make a gift in honor of a teacher who shaped you, or in memory of someone whose life was touched by mental illness. We'll send a notification card to the family.

E

Employer matching

Many companies match employee charitable gifts dollar-for-dollar, sometimes more. Check with your HR department; we're a registered 501(c)(3) and qualify for almost every program.

D

Donor-advised funds

If you give through a DAF (Fidelity Charitable, Schwab, Vanguard, community foundations), recommend a grant to Rise to Wellness, EIN 93-3363823.

S

Stock & securities

Gifts of appreciated securities can be more tax-efficient than cash. Email info@risetowellness.ngo for our brokerage transfer instructions.

L

Planned & legacy giving

Including Rise to Wellness in your will or as a beneficiary creates a multi-generational impact. We're happy to walk through options with you or your estate planner, no commitment required.

Where the money goes

Your dollar, traced.

We keep operations lean so most of every dollar goes directly to curriculum development. Pilot programs and translation work are being funded through an upcoming crowdfunding campaign. We're happy to walk any donor through our budget in detail.

For major donors and foundations

Considering a gift of $10,000 or more?

We treat major gifts as the start of a relationship, not a transaction. If you're weighing a substantial commitment, our Executive Director will personally walk you through the budget, the milestones your gift would unlock, and the reporting you'd receive.

Donor questions

What people usually want to know.

Are you really a 501(c)(3)? How do I verify?
Yes. We're incorporated in Massachusetts with EIN 93-3363823. You can verify our status anytime through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search tool, or look us up on Candid (formerly GuideStar).
Why does Zeffy charge no fees? What's the catch?
Zeffy is genuinely free for nonprofits. They cover their costs by asking donors to add a small optional contribution to Zeffy itself at checkout. You can decline and give 100% to Rise to Wellness. We use Zeffy specifically because it means more of your money reaches the work.
What happens to my gift if Rise to Wellness doesn't succeed?
It's a fair question for any young nonprofit. If we ever wound down operations, our 501(c)(3) bylaws require remaining assets to be distributed to another qualifying charitable organization with a similar mission. They cannot be returned to founders or directors. In practice, the curriculum materials we've developed would be released for use by other organizations.
Can I restrict my gift to a specific purpose?
For gifts of $5,000 or more, yes. Common restrictions include funding the Pakistan translation work, sponsoring a specific pilot cohort, or supporting peer review. Email us before giving and we'll set up the restriction properly. Smaller gifts go to general fund, which lets us deploy them where they're most needed.
Do you accept international donations?
Yes. Zeffy accepts most major credit cards from anywhere. However, U.S. tax-deductibility only applies to U.S. taxpayers. Donors in other countries may want to check whether their jurisdiction recognizes U.S. 501(c)(3) status for their own tax purposes.
When will I see results from my donation?
Honestly: it depends on what you fund. A scale translation gift produces a deliverable in 4–8 months. A pilot cohort gift produces outcomes data in roughly a year. Major donors get quarterly progress notes; everyone gets an annual report. We don't promise dramatic before-and-after stories we haven't earned.
Can I volunteer instead of donating?
Yes, particularly if you're an educator, clinical psychologist, researcher, translator, or have nonprofit operations experience. Email us with a short note about your background.
